Lias, the owner; is a French-trained chef and he uses that skill to add some fantastic meals to his menu.

There is a salad called Poulet au Riz (Chicken and rice), smothered with Olive Oil, lemon, cheese, garlic, and capers. It is flavorful, delicious and a huge portion. The rice is prepared on-order and is super fresh when you eat it. Home made lasagna with terrific marinara sauce (made by Lias). Chicken and Top Sirloin Kabob with rice and grilled tomato or bell pepper. This place is a little gem with some fabulous food on the specials menu that you would not expect to find a sub-shop!
